2. Individual Fitness Program to follow for 24 sessions at which time you will be re-assessed for a shiny new program
3. During peak times, our floor is staffed to ensure that you can seek help during your workout

See how simple it is to get started today in the Thrive Lifestyle Program! It's as easy as 1. 2. 3!
1. Drop by or call us to make an appointment - we will then give you all the information you need to get started. Select a Membership Plan that suits you to ensure you are able to come to the centre to do your program 2, 3 or 4 times per week.
2. Complete the Dr's forms and make a booking with your GP. Your Dr will prescribe you an exercise plan and clear you for exercise.
3. Fresh Start's professionals will assess you for balance, muscle strength and assess your current fitness level, then prescribe you an individualised exercise and brain training program. Get started and begin reaping the benefits. 24 sessions later we will re-assess you and upgrade your program based on your change and improvement.
