Along with cable machines, squat racks and a range of core fitness equipment, we provide you with everything you need to complete any training program effectively.

Never Fear - All new members are entitled to an orientation + session with a trainer to teach you the basics. If you know what you are doing, speak with a trainer to find out how you can optimise your training sessions to get the best results.

Weight-Loss and Body-shape Challenge:

Bring balance to your lifestyle with Fresh Start’s Award Winning 10-week Challenge. The secret to successful weight loss is that there is no secret. We teach you how to maximise the benefits of training, how to maintain a nutrient-dense diet and most importantly, how to set yourself up for success. One-on-One & Group Personal Training

Are you after some extra help with your training program? Or do you have an injury that needs special attention? Our PT’s are here to help. Thrive Lifestyle Program:

This progressive strength training program was developed to help the older adult population maintain their independence and overcome problems associated with the most common lifestyle diseases. Diabetes, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Cardio-Vascular and Cerebra-Vascular Disease and Sarcopenia can all be managed with a suitable program and best of all, if you are 50+ this program can be included as part of your membership.
