REBECCA MOUNTFORD

Director and Head of Advertising
Rebecca has had over 10 years experience in Graphic Design and has run her own business since 2001. Her passion for business and her every day need for a challenge allows her to constantly build and improve the Fresh Start business. Rebecca is an ex nationally ranked gymnast and her passion for health and fitness combined with her motivation and drive in the business arena are a winning combination. Together, Rebecca and Scott have built the Fresh Start brand and they inspire, motivate & educate the community to make positive lifestyle choices that help them feel better, live longer & enjoy happy, healthy lives. Rebecca works mostly behind the scenes, you may occasionally see her in the gym but come party time, she is a social butterfly and loves a glass or 2 of champas!
