SCOTT FLINT

Director and Head of PT
Scott has had over 8 years experience in the Personal Training and Group Fitness field, he specialises in 1-on-1 and Group Outdoor Training. Scott believes that training should be specific, challenging, safe and above all enjoyable. Scott has developed the group fitness content and concepts for Fresh Start as well as the Seniors Thrive Over 55 program, the FitKidz program, the Happy Hour Outdoor Training program and Weight Loss & Ultimate Body Challenge. Scott is the Head Personal Trainer for Fresh Start Health and Fitness Centre. If you are a rugby fan, you can see Scott back in action in 2010 at the Warringah Rugby Club. His lifelong love of Rugby and his passion for fitness give Scott the winning combination when it comes to running the Fresh Start Business and giving you the chance to gain the best results.
