Terms and Conditions:

Entry is only valid if your nominated guest validates their Trial Pass and joins Fresh Start before Feb 10th 2012. iPad is 16gb wifi. Accessories not included. Nominated guests must be 18 years or older for the Competition Entry and Trial Pass to be valid. The competition will be drawn on February 12th at the conclusion of The Heart Kids 24-Hour Run at the corner of Pittwater Rd and Mona Vale Rd. All nominated guests will be contacted by Fresh Start, to arrange complimentary 7 Day Pass to either Fresh Start Narrabeen or Fresh Start 24/7 Mona Vale. Guests who use Fresh Start Mona Vale may only train during staffed hours. All guests must complete a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire and a Club Orientation before being permitted to train. A Dr’s clearance may be requested if medical conditions are present.
